"Well it might not have anything to do with Mr. Buck, but the product itself is woefully deficient when it comes to roadside service. Had a breakdown and ended up on the side if the road. No problem, I'll just call roadside assistance, I thought to myself. Placed my first call at 4:31 pm. Placed my last call at 9:13 pm. Placed many calls in between. In my last call, the roadside assistance agent told me they had transferred my request to a "specialist" to find me a tow. Mind you I was in Bowling Green, Ohio. I learned, after arranging for my own tow, that there were no fewer than five tow companies within two miles of where I had broken down. My advice: Don't waste your money on a policy that includes roadside assistance because the "assistance" is non-existent. UPDATE: The agency reimbursed me and filed a formal complaint with the roadside assistance company. Hence my new four star rating."

"Mr Buck is as genuine as they come. He would literally run into a burning house and save you and your pets (being a war vet and a firefighter overseas.) An insurance guru that can work numbers and give you the best price possible. If you are going through anyone else you are paying to much."

"I had several issues with one of Mike's staff members named Lisa, who seemed to make errors on each request I made for our policies. Unfortunately, having to correct these errors each time I made a change caused me to eventually lose trust with this office. Being a licensed insurance agent for over 16 years it was easy for me to spot the errors but for someone who is not an agent and well versed in insurance lingo may have missed them. I lost confidence in the agency and felt it was best to move my business elsewhere. I did reach out to Mike before I made the switch to another agency to let him know what was going on and it was until several months later when I called to cancel all my policies that he finally called me to discuss in an effort to keep my business."
